Life in the Raw

Life in the raw is not as much a blog title as it is a feeling I simply get when tasks become greater than time allotted. This is not to say that we cannot make time to fit all of life's tasks into, as evidenced by the fact that I am now attempting to start a blog, but to simply say that the comfort level of the average person erodes faster and faster until every step feels "raw". Whatever, thats life and the way things go, and everyone knows these feelings and only the most annoying segments of society bitch about them. This blog is not a place of idle rants, as perhaps the reader may have guessed, but is instead a place for me to lovingly place thoughts I have on economics, society, life, poetry, rowing, and occasionally travel. For those of you familiar with blogs, we will also see how long I can update regularly. As often occurs, life gets out of hand and the act of blogging becomes more and more difficult. This formally ends the introduction.
